This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on pilates.com.au, including memberships, subscriptions, marketplace products, courses, and workshops.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, eligible consumers have a cooling-off period (typically 7–10 business days from the date of purchase or renewal). During this time, you may cancel for a full refund (minus any reasonable costs if specified at checkout). Details are provided during the purchase process.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No refunds are issued for partial months or for amounts already billed, except where required by law.
Refunds for physical goods (e.g., accessories, equipment) are considered on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Digital products (videos, courses, downloads) are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply (e.g., faulty or significantly different from description).
Seller-specific refund policies may also apply for marketplace transactions.
We may offer refunds or credits at our discretion for technical issues, billing errors, or other valid reasons. Contact us with your order details for review.
